Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Software Developer with expertise in PHP, MySQL, SAML SSO architecture, LDAP, and JavaScript to join our team.As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web-based applications, with a focus on security and scalability. You will work closely with our technical team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet our business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based applications using PHP, MySQL, and related technologies

Implement SAML SSO architecture to enable secure authentication and authorization for our web applications
–
Integrate LDAP for user authentication and authorization
–
Develop and maintain JavaScript code for client-side functionality
–
Collaborate with the technical team to identify and prioritize project requirements
–
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to our coding standards
–
Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and improve overall codebase
–
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software development and deployment
–
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in PHP, MySQL, SAML SSO, LDAP, and JavaScript
Nice to Have:

Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel or CodeIgniter
–
Experience in PHP generating tools like SQLMaestro (PHP generator)
–
Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development
–
Experience with agile development methodologies
–
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, and overall virtualization
–
Certification in PHP, MySQL, or related technologies

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Help Desk Agent to join our team, providing essential technical support to our banking and financial institution. The ideal candidate should possess a strong knowledge of the Windows 10 operating system, Microsoft Office products, and various applications used in the financial industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Resolve technical issues: You will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to the Windows 10 operating system, Microsoft Office products, and other banking and financial applications.

Provide user support: As an IT Help Desk Agent, you will provide exceptional customer service by answering user inquiries, guiding them through software usage, and offering effective solutions to their problems.

Maintain IT infrastructure: You will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating the IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations for our banking and financial institution.

Document and track issues: You will be responsible for documenting and tracking all user issues, providing detailed reports to the IT team to help improve overall system performance.

Collaborate with IT team: You will work closely with the IT team to identify and address recurring issues, implement system upgrades, and ensure the organization’s IT environment remains secure and up-to-date.

If selected for onsite residential desk side support engineer role, then you will be responsible for configuring enterprise grade laptop, desktop, managing assets and related records in centralized database.
Requirements:
