The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory) and French (will be considered an asset)
  • Previous experience at a similar role or any type of customer support position
  • Knowledge of the Windows 10/11 operating system, Microsoft Office products will be a strong advantage 
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations, essential tools and technologies

  • Attention to details, ensuring that all user issues are accurately documented and resolved.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve technical issues: You will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to the Windows 10/Windows 11 operating system, Microsoft Office products, and other banking and financial applications.
  • Provide end-user support: As an IT Help Desk Agent, you will provide exceptional customer service by answering user inquiries, guiding them through software usage, and offering effective solutions to their problems.
  • Maintain IT infrastructure: You will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating the IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations for our customer.
  • Document and track issues: You will be responsible for documenting and tracking all user issues, providing detailed reports to the IT team to help improve overall system performance.
  • Collaborate with IT team: You will work closely with the IT teams to identify and address recurring issues, implement system upgrades, and ensure the organization’s IT environment remains secure and up-to-date.
  • Configure hardware: if selected for onsite residential desk side support engineer role, then you will be responsible for configuring enterprise grade laptop, desktop, managing assets and related records in centralized database.
